Semi-Unitized Glazing System is a hybrid façade solution that combines the advantages of both stick glazing and unitized glazing systems. In this system, the main aluminium framing members (vertical mullions) are installed on-site, while certain components such as glass panels or sub-assemblies are pre-fabricated in factory conditions.
This approach offers a balance between cost-effectiveness and performance, making it suitable for mid-rise and commercial buildings where full unitized systems may not be required.
